In this Pranayama and Meditation session you will get to know your breath intimately and will take time to investigate the breathing habits, limitations and patterns that may have set in over time. You will have a clear understanding of pranayama (expansion of energy). 

 
This is also your chance to learn the power of pranayama and meditation with one of our very popular and sort after travelling Yogini, Bhakti Raval. Bhakti has over 15 years of teaching experience. She trained and is a faculty at The Yoga Institute and also trained in Sivananda (Mysore).

For Dhara, her journey into the world of yoga began at the age of 13 when she accidentally came across a book of asanas in her fathers library. Not knowing the true art, science and philosophy of this ancient wisdom, she innocently kept replicating the asanas in the book secretly in her room. The freedom and joy she felt doing those poses back then led her to dream about teaching Yoga when she grows up to be an old lady. But destiny had plans for her to follow the dreams much sooner than what she had dreamed.
