A class set to music to promote a connection with your own rhythmic patterns. Starting with breath awareness, it builds up to a moving stillness of physical asana where the emphasis shifts to a calorie scorching physical practice. Once we peak asana, we move back to stillness with a short relaxation!
The session closes with a healthy brunch specially designed for the workshop by Soda Bottle Openerwala and an interactive session with the teacher and like minded souls!
Soda Bottle Openerwala hosts The Yoga Brunch with the menu exclusively designed by Anaida Parvaneh whose longing for food without excess masala led her to experiment with cooking a meal without lots of spice or oil. Ms Parvaneh is inspired by the mind and body and spiritual well being. Which is why she says that all food needs to be cooked with love. If you don’t believe in love, maybe the goodness of fresh flavours is more your thing. So get a taste of a menu specially designed by her for us - the wellness enthusiasts !
The Yoga Brunch is open to all levels. At the end of the session, take a goodie bag that will prepare you for the week ahead!
