At YogiToday, we’re committed to you. We’re able to offer you amazing products and discounts because we don’t house inventory after our sales end, and therefore cannot process returns except in very limited circumstances. However, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re committed to doing our best to find a solution. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. YogiToday offers a replacement for products sold on its Website, under certain conditions mentioned here in below:
You will notify YogiToday Support Team of any defect within 24 hours from the date of receipt of delivery of the products, provided such return is for reasons limited to damage during shipment, packaging defect, incomplete packaging, wrongly delivered or wrong product. Products should be returned in their original packaging to qualify for replacement. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, it would be great if you can email us a photo of the damaged product.
YogiToday shall not be held responsible and liable for variation of appearance or display of products on its Website.
Not all products are eligible for returns (e.g., perishable goods personal hygiene) considering a lot of our vendors are small scale manufacturers. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
You acknowledge that the return and replacement policy is not valid for certain products, including not limited to boxes customized by you, complimentary gifts, food items.
If you bought your item while it was on promotion, then it is NON- REFUNDABLE! Email us for certain concerns and we can work something out.

Shipping and handling charges for return of such defective products and replacement shall be borne by YogiToday. In case you fail to inform us within the stipulated time frame, YogiToday reserves the right to accept or reject such replacement requests at its sole discretion.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your return has been approved, we'd be happy to process your refund. The amount paid will be refunded back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
How much is shipping?
This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Our standard shipping cost is Rs. 100-Rs. 150 (within India) unless you order a larger amount of weight. If you order more than one of some of the items shipping may be reduced!
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered. Most of our products typically take only a few days to get processed and shipped out. Once shipped, it only takes your order up to 2 weeks. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
YogiToday ships worldwide to nearly every country across the global. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely. Please note that shipping to destinations outside of India can take up to 10-12 weeks due to customs and longer shipping times.
What is item processing time?
After we receive your order, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. The precise processing time is variable and dependent on many factors (e.g. item design, material and complexity). For relatively simple items and small orders, the average processing time is 5 business days (approx.) however more popular items and/or larger orders can require up to 7 days. Your total satisfaction is important to us and we appreciate your patience.
